You can change the default clothes by removing the next tags.

If not changing completely, just add "leotard" to the negative prompt, and this will be sufficient.

I have been testing, and as an additional note, if the resulting images are oversaturated, you can fix this by lowering the guidance scale to 5-7 for better results.
