'Akiza Izinski (Yugioh), red dress, elbow gloves, puffy short sleeves, thighhighs, parted bangs' should get you the normal rather short dress. 'Red bodysuit' is trained on the bikesuit but it's kind of hit or miss. 'Corset' as needed if it's missing the center piece of the dress.
