evolved: The most stable, with the best logic (including anatomy, backgrounds, and multiple characters). It is an excellent model for creating scenes with multiple characters and complex poses.
03: Has the most stylish composition.
01: Has my preferred NSFW skin texture.
If you have trouble choosing, consider using one model as a base and then switching to another using a refiner. For example:
03 + evolved = Excellent composition + stable anatomy.
evolved + 01 = Stable anatomy + delicate skin texture.
