训练nyalia的lora
V1 V2 版本均在noob 1.0训练
但发现效果不理想，尤其是脸部
对比市面所有在noob1.0底模训练的发现都有这个通病
于是最终在光辉上训练
V5为最终成品，前几个版本就不上传了

很容易出现特写镜头怎么办，也就是头部在画面外
This seems to be a common problem with illustrious, and appears to be mainly linked to "cowboy shot" prompt, and using "head_out_of_frame" or "cropped_head" doesn`t seem to work. If you prompt for some facial features, such as "blue eyes", or "white hair" etc, it usually gets around the issue
