This model is indended to help anime models produce women with thicker arms, bellies, and legs, without giving them massive breasts which anime models are prone to do. There are two versions, lite and strong. After playing with it, lite generally gives thicker arms, especially if thick arms is used, while strong is stronger in general (hence the name), especially in creating rounder faces.
mature female is the keyword for this prompt. The reason for this was to reduce the use of thick or curvy which could overly alter the generation.

I've been looking for a lora like this. I've tried a few others, and from the discription it sounds like you aimed to fix the real problem with most other body weight loras in an anime model. One question, what would you suggest giving weight to if the effects are not dramatic enough / too dramatic? The lora itself or mature woman?
I would suggest playing with both the plump-lite and plump-strong model and adjusting the weights. You can also exclude the trigger word, and the LoRA will still affect the generation. I have used this method for example to make male characters with increased body fat. You can also use adjacent words that can trigger similar effects, such as plump or wide hips , and play with various weights on those words. So in general I would suggest experimenting to find if there are any setups that work for you.
