Incidentally, Wilykat 2011 has similar difficulties with his outfit. Somethng to do with diagonal chest straps, that the AI just don't get. Or, items on the chest, in general.
Cuz, where it messes up with Wilykat, is the pouches, mostly. It makes 5-7+ tiny ones, and/or weirdly spaces them. Pretty rare to get it right.
