The problem is: what defines nico robin? I do not get a good answer in civitai, neither do I find a perfect one myself. But I think my answer is different from the existing ones.
Update 2.0 and maybe the final version. A slightly different version with much better result. Add some new images from different source to stablize the character. She may not be so close to the anime as she was in 1.0. But I'm satisfied with this version and this is the character I want to get.
The aim of the model is to generate the early version of nico robin and it uses anime as main resource, plus some nsfw pictures I choose. But I only get the early part of anime, which has bad quality. Because I do not know how to improve it, I just upload this lora as an early version and see what I can do next. With some skills it can also work well.
The lora is tend to generate low-quality facial pictures due to the train resource. So try to use prompt like "cowboy shot" to avoid it. I don't think it is some serious problem so I ignore it. And as I use early part of the anime, she tends to be looked evil and has big eyes. At least the former one is not a big problem hahaha.
If you want to generate exactly the same picture as anime, then do not use block and set the weight 0.6-0.8. Otherwise I think block it in "OUTD" and add some prompt like "medium hair", "straight hair" can get the best result. hires is used in most of the samples.

If you want to fix the low quality face issue. I would recommend using one of the many anime upscalers on the original pictures before training. There are some resources on github or you can find one here https://upscale.wiki/wiki/Model_Database
What I mean is that the quality of anime itself may not be satisfied at least to some of the people. The resource I get is upscaled.

@cauldronofwrath Sadly, it doesn't work for me. Tried "Hat" "Cowboy hat" in negative, and it doesn't seem to change anything. But still, great lora!
use lora blockweight then. I like to train the lora hard for better effect and that make it not flexible enough. For I know that some method can fix it.
