InToThe2KGothClub_V2.0There is a dark wave, electro, gothic nightclub lost in time, long before the advent of social media, when images used to accumulate in galleries and pages of the web 1.0. This checkpoint was trained on images from the age of the first mass-market digital cameras 30 years ago until 15 years later. The source material has been a blurry mess of low-resolution images with lots of JPEG artefacts; they’ve all been pre-processed over several iterations with different AI upscaling and artefact removal as well as face restoration systems.The training data from 13025 images have been blended during the training process as additions to the already present similar subjects of the SD 1.5 checkpoint. A subset of the images was already in the original low-resolution versions included in SD 1.5. The result is that this checkpoint is trained to visualise epic and surreal dark wave, electro, and gothic party scenes populated with guests and visitors wearing elaborate costumes and unique clothing with the right make-up to go along for the occasion.The training has been set up to get the general art and a static look and feel of the dataset transferred into a versatile SD 1.5 checkpoint where everything else is preserved to allow for a wide range of subjects and compositions. The checkpoint is not trained to replicate the actual persons or a precise subset of the training data. The training took 50 epochs over 1630240 iterations.Use “GothClub2K” in your prompts to invoke attention to the training data and dataset of the subjects alongside a detailed description of what you like to visualise.

And I wanted to create something that will help me with my creativity for my personal projects and so on ,and eventually i saw the potential for artists to use the thing i was making in a professional environment so.. for the last 2 Months I've been creating custom datasets for characters, and after a request of a close friend of mine who is a Technical Lead in one studio where they make environments, I've decided to make environment dataset as well for my custom model.Since I know a lot of artists who got upset and so on about "people using their art" I went in a different direction. All of my datasets (training images I created for this) are made by me.. and it took a lot of time to make them. But I was smart and used AI tools to create what I need, so all of my datasets (for characters and environments) are AI generated so noartists input was used in the making of this model, except my own input.I trained my model on 100 steps, with 1926 images, the model was trained with 194 000 steps in total. (yea I know it's a lot but the results speak for them self's).Character Dataset: 766 custom made by me images.Environment Dataset: 1160 custom made by me images.Special Thanks to Suspirior! He helped me with some tips and tricks, and also ideas. And he was the first one who Beta-tested my model so, big thanks buddy! I'll include some of his tests as well here.Tips for using my model:I would recommend using some of this settings, they provide the best results at least for me. But feel free to experiment.Sampler: DPM++2M KarrasSteps: 150 steps (lower steps also work but for this training data 150 works the best based on my testing)Recommended Resolution: 768x768 (The model i used as base for training is a custom modified base of Protogen 3.4 merged with older versions of my toolkit (v2.0), and based on that I've trained my model with 768x768 datasets so, I recommend to use 768x768 and 768x1280, or higher resolutions).Note: with version 4.0 and above I've used the basic 1-5-pruned model and i've finetuned it properlyCFG Scale: 5 ~ 7 works bestTrigger words: tk-char (for characters) tk-env (for environments) why tk? This model is not about a hyperrealistic look. Instead, it aims to have imperfections in the picture with slightly off proportions to make it look somewhere between a sketch on the way to the actual painting without adding the small details. The model is trained on simplified digital pictures, and character portrays. It can be used for text-to-text or image-to-image to get the style and look of old-school RPG character pictures like you would find in the PC games of the 1990s and early 2000s or today in some of the independent game titles.It’s also a good starting point if you need a picture as a basis to then draw yourself more details over it. Said something that can integrate into the creative process as an intermediate way of creating unique artwork.

I can remember that over 30 years ago I did read Nausicaa and enjoyed the unveiling of the characters and world over the story's progression. While the attention stays throughout the works and closely follows characters and their development, it drastically zoomed out and faded away, Leaving the audience wondering what happened to the rest of the story and the world afterwards. This checkpoint in its final version, will have taken in all there is to know about the visuals and style of Nausicaa. It should be, therefore, able to be used by the community to continue telling the story in the actual art style with the ability to recall every character and location and the correct way and extent upon it. All the material for the training data is retrieved from the available public library archives and images that are freely available on the Internet.<ul><li>Update 1: now also LoRa of version 0.1 as safetensors</li></ul>The current version is based on the first book's first half as the training data. There's so far no manual tagging to improve the understanding of characters and locations. This version is prerelease for testing; feel free to play around and give feedback.
