Jane Seymour <a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Officer_of_the_Order_of_the_British_Empire">OBE</a> (born Joyce Penelope Wilhelmina Frankenberg; 15 February 1951) is a British actress. After making her screen debut as an uncredited extra in the 1969 musical comedy <a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oh!_What_a_Lovely_War">Oh!
