Quinton Hoover (1964–2013) was an American illustrator renowned for his work in fantasy art and collectible card games. He contributed over 70 illustrations to Magic: The Gathering, including the iconic "Proposal" card used by game creator Richard Garfield to propose to his wife. Hoover also illustrated for other games like the Middle-earth Collectible Card Game and Dungeons &amp; Dragons titles such as Monster Manual II and Book of Vile Darkness.
