And I also added some Bodybuilding poses.During my testing I noticed that it works unintentionally well with my <a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://civarchive.com/models/1366203/royal-blend-xl">Royal Blend XL V3</a> model.But it also works very well with <a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://civarchive.com/models/827184/wai-nsfw-illustrious-sdxl">WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL</a> and <a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://civarchive.com/models/1223540/hdarainbowillus">HDA_Rainbow_Illus</a>.Please see below the new prompt settings (trained tags are marked in orange letters):Recommended strength: 0.6-0.8A Highres fix is recommended to get better results of the fine details.Trigger: muscular female, hyper muscles, thick thighs, biceps (you can also omit hyper muscles and thick thighs in order to make them less big)Optional:abs, obliques, veiny muscles (adding these makes the muscles and abs more detailed.
