Images were captioned with mostly natural language descriptions (not Booru tags). You can sometimes get decent results by including a phrase like "penis partially visible" or "genitals partly exposed", but it's a real crapshoot. I've tried adding in penis loras (e.g. TwinkCockXL) at different strengths, and it's unclear whether this helps to achieve this effect - more often it oscillates between hands or penis, or does a weird blend of them.Hands are liable to be fucky because, y'know, hands.
