I present you you my 2nd ever CivitAI OC Nephthys(nep-this phonetically). Don't have a ton of lore for this one(yet). But the gist is that she's a void witch that made a deal with some manner of entity for her magic and ended up with a ravenous appetite that she has trouble satiating. Her entire concept sprung from the idea of a scrawny, under-endowed woman wearing just a tabard.
