Dark Supernatural Comic-Book Style
Welcome to ABUnholyComicV01K2, an experimental comic-book style LoRA trained. This LoRA is designed to transform ordinary prompts into dramatic graphic-novel illustrations with bold ink contours, sculpted digital coloring, sharp cel-shaded highlights, crosshatched shadows, saturated accent colors, expressive anatomy, and dynamic comic-book composition. It works especially well for supernatural action, dark fantasy, urban gothic scenes, cinematic character portraits, comic covers, dramatic environments, stylized vehicles, creatures, animals, speech balloons, signs, narration boxes, and illustrated typography. The showcase images attached to this post explore women, men, couples, teams, animals, fantasy creatures, robots, vehicles, architecture, object-focused scenes, and completely unpopulated environments.
Model Information

Model type: Style LoRA

Base model: Krea 2 RAW

Training resolution: 1024 × 1024

Training dataset: 33 manually selected comic-book images

Captioning: Every training image received an individual, detailed natural-language caption

Primary focus: Comic-book rendering, ink work, coloring, shadows, dramatic staging, and visual storytelling

Activation Tag:
ABUnholyComicV01K2

Recommended Activation Sentence
For the strongest and most reliable style activation, place this sentence at the beginning of your prompt:

ABUnholyComicV01K2, a dramatic supernatural action comic illustration with bold black ink contours, sculpted digital coloring, sharp cel-shaded highlights, crosshatched shadows, cinematic framing, and saturated accent colors.

The shorter Activation Tag can also be tested independently when you want a lighter or more flexible influence:
ABUnholyComicV01K2

What the LoRA Was Trained to Reproduce
The visual language of the dataset includes:

Heavy black contour lines

Classic comic-style ink shadows

Crosshatching and printed texture

Sculpted digital skin and fabric coloring

Strong cel-shaded highlights

Glossy leather, metal, armor, and vinyl

Expressive faces and exaggerated reactions

Dynamic anatomy and foreshortened action poses

Low-angle and high-angle comic perspectives

Asymmetrical character placement

Dramatic supernatural lighting

Saturated red, violet, cyan, gold, and blue accents

Urban-gothic and dark-fantasy environments

Comic panels, cover layouts, narration boxes, speech balloons, and graphic lettering

The LoRA can also produce calmer scenes. It does not require constant combat or supernatural content. Everyday environments, character portraits, animals, vehicles, quiet emotional moments, interiors, and landscape-focused illustrations can still retain the inked comic-book appearance.
Recommended Prompt Structure
Detailed natural-language prompts provide the best control.A useful structure is:

Activation Sentence

Main scene and emotional tone

Camera distance and viewing angle

Asymmetrical placement of the subject

Character appearance and expression

Direction of the character’s gaze

Exact body pose and action

Clothing, armor, fabric, and materials

Primary, secondary, and reflected light sources

Direction and shape of the shadows

Color palette and time of day

Background architecture, objects, weather, and environmental details

Comic-book rendering details

Optional speech balloon, title, sign, sound effect, or narration box

Clearly describing the pose, camera perspective, and position of the subject helps prevent repetitive centered character portraits.
Text, Speech Balloons, and Typography
The LoRA was trained with source images containing comic-panel elements and can be prompted for:

Speech balloons

Narration boxes

Comic-cover titles

Magazine mastheads

Store signs

Neon lettering

Warning signs

Posters

Menus

Computer displays

Integrated comic sound effects

For better text results, keep the requested wording short and clearly define its placement.Example:
A clean white speech balloon in the upper-right corner with its tail pointing toward the woman, containing bold readable uppercase lettering: “YOUR TURN.”
Short phrases between one and five words are generally easier for the base model than long sentences. Exact spelling can still vary depending on the model, seed, resolution, sampler, and workflow. Generating several seeds is recommended when readable text is important.
Suggested LoRA Strength
A useful starting range is approximately:

0.55–0.70: Light ink and color influence

0.70–0.90: Balanced comic-book styling

0.90–1.10: Stronger linework, shadows, anatomy, and dataset influence

Lower the strength when preserving a specific character identity, clothing design, or realistic anatomy is the priority. Increase it when you want heavier black inks, more aggressive shading, stronger comic-book proportions, and a more recognizable graphic-novel finish. These values are starting points rather than fixed rules. Your ideal strength will depend on the prompt, workflow, checkpoint, resolution, and any additional LoRAs being used.
Dataset Bias and Known Limitations
This is a small and highly focused style dataset.A large portion of the original material features adult blonde women. Some recurring elements include gothic clothing, revealing outfits, glossy black fabrics, tactical equipment, wings, supernatural themes, and exaggerated female comic-book anatomy. These characteristics were explicitly described in the captions to separate them from the intended style. However, strong LoRA weights may still introduce:

Blonde hair

Feminine facial features

Curvy comic-book anatomy

Gothic or tactical clothing

Glossy black materials

Skull motifs

Wings or supernatural details

Dramatic action poses

If these elements appear unintentionally, reduce the LoRA strength and describe the desired person, species, clothing, body type, environment, and pose more precisely. The showcase prompts intentionally include men, older characters, animals, creatures, robots, vehicles, environments, groups, and person-free scenes to test how far the style can move beyond the dominant training subjects.
Mature and Violent Content
Several source illustrations contain partial or full adult nudity, revealing costumes, blood, supernatural horror, and stylized comic-book violence. These elements were captioned as visible content rather than treated as part of the Activation Tag. The LoRA can produce completely safe scenes, but stronger weights or vague prompts may occasionally introduce mature clothing, dramatic anatomy, blood, or aggressive imagery.Describe the intended clothing, mood, action, and content level clearly when you want tighter control.
Combining It With Other LoRAs
ABUnholyComicV01K2 can be tested with:

Character identity LoRAs

Pose-control LoRAs

DWPose or structure-control LoRAs

Fantasy creature LoRAs

Armor and clothing LoRAs

Environment and detail LoRAs

Lighting and cinematic-effect LoRAs

When combining multiple LoRAs, begin with moderate strengths and increase them gradually. Character or pose control should remain strong enough to guide the content while ABUnholyComicV01K2 handles the rendering language.
Showcase Images
The images attached to this post were created to demonstrate different aspects of the LoRA:

Male and female characters

Individual portraits and group compositions

Everyday and supernatural environments

Animals and fantasy creatures

Robots and science-fiction scenes

Vehicles and object-focused illustrations

Quiet emotional moments

Dynamic action poses

Comic covers and single-panel compositions

Speech balloons and narration boxes

Signs, displays, posters, and title lettering

Different lighting conditions and color palettes

Prompts may be included with the individual showcase images.
Final Note
This is an experimental, fan-made style study inspired by existing comic-book material.
