The Queen of Liars herself, in all of her glory! Thank you so much for this one, my Goat! Celestia is one of those character that you'd wish to see more of in Danganronpa, but can't cause she died too soon, but that doesn't stop me from loving her regardless.
Addendum. I actually think she's so much cuter with the short hair. The image of someone calling shirt haired Celestia her by her real name, and her blushing and acting like a tsundere is adorable to me. Sorry, just had to get that out. Celestia best girl don't @ me.
