I tried to train the hair into the Lora, but regrettably, it still needs to go into the prompt. The good news is, the finished product looks pretty good. Using Img2img-inpainting is very reliable.
It can do a variety of poses, styles, and models. Can do softcore very well, and hardcore if you spend enough time.

Go easy on the negative TIs. They might ruin her hair.
