Did you train it with pony ai generated images in the dataset?
can you share some tips on how you got it to work so well with such low steps and ranks?
Tbh I just threw a dart in the dark.
Created a bunch of images in pony that were really similar to the poses and style I wanted and hoped that flux would fill in the rest. I can open up my dataset if it already isnt open
@carester508 the dataset and config would be awesome if your willing to share them..
Can't figure out how to change the settings for releasing training data after the model has been published. I used 30 images created by Pony realism models. They all had pretty similar poses. Settings on Civitai were literally the default settings for a concept lora.
@carester508 how did you get it to work in such a tiny lora tho? what ranks and LR?
this doesn't work in draw things, says incompatible with flux.1 dev
never heard of draw things. forge and comfyui work fine with that model.
Don't work for me with Flux Krea Dev FP8. Try strength up to 1.90
