It's pretty nice to have all that in one pack. Sadly it feels like a LoRA trained on SD generated images. So all we get here are things that have been seen around for a while, without the use of any LoRA.
Your LoRA tends to make objects a bit more accurate. But most generated images bring nothing new: people in the middle of a street with buildings on both sides, or the middle of a corridor, of shelves of books, etc. with a perfect symmetry of the perspective. AI trained on AI images... gives nothing new.
