Yeah this guy sucks but he's pretty so I made a lora lmao. Works at 0.8 to 1.0 and does ok without adetailer for closeups but I'd recommend that or inpainting for the more cleaned look. This was mostly just for myself but I figured if there are any other eccentrics out there who like him, you'd like this. See example images / prompts for ideas on what to use! It does not do hands very well so some inpainting or bad-hands may be necessary.
