It could, I dont know what it would give as a result. The base was a regular image, not necessarily skinny or thin.

Tested on Qwen Image Nunchaku 4-step. You will need ComfyUI-QwenImageLoraLoader. It does seem to have a slight effect at making thinner characters at -1, but at -2 it loses prompt adherence. Better than nothing.
