does it affect breast size as well?
not really, if you put busty on the prompt. you still can get bigger breasts, but i never test on small breasts.

yup, i have try using wan2.2 low noise and high noise it work pretty well
While probably not intended as a slider, putting a negative number encourages smaller and paler nipples.
