Adetailer and/or HiRes fix are hardly recommended.

Recommended weight

0.7 for v3 is a good start. I used it for all of the previews (it says 1.0 because i added pics directly to gallery but you can see the actual values in the prompts).

Useful negatives

v3

works fine without any negatives. Shirt buttons seems to be fine too but need further testing.

v1

Shirt buttons can be all over the place and very thick and black with some checkpoints. Negativing them doesn't seem to help but using black buttons negative can help sometimes... probably.

I recommend you to put 3d, render into negatives.

You can also try Realistic tag along 3d if original low quality 3d keep popping up.
