Comparison between network alpha=64 and 8---is the larger alpha size makes difference?

Test char: Shinki(PC-98 touhou), same prompt, same seed, different two lora(same dataset and settings, but different alpha size), used ADetailer(face), steps=70

*Upper one is Alpha=8, below one is 64

as you see, details about backgrounds and folds of drapery differs, but questionable is this worthy because LoRA file size increased 8 times more.
so unless char clothing is complicated a lot, it is enough to set Alpha=8
