I am using this site every day now about 3 months. 2 weeks ago i realized how to train a LoRA so i am doing that. I am trying to engage in the community and maybe sometime be a inspiration for other Ai generated art. I developed my own style and transforming this style with the help of own LoRAs into something unique. My pictures are getting recognized and i am always happy to be informed that some pictures land in a collection or two.

so much that sums it up what i do on this site

from time to time i spent some hours reporting TOS violation content. I specialized my reporting on CSAM as there is something that not only makes me uncomfortable but be a potential problem that can result in shutting the site down.

Now more then ever the Risk of this site being closed is growing as after the outcome of the presidential election in U.S.A will bring more AI Regulations i assure you.

Next year a Mother of a 13year old boy in Missouri can look through the boys laptop and find CSAM on Civitai, immediately report it to Authorities and after some political intervention a Bill can be crafted, passed and this site will go down and others who are like it will go down too

of course this is all a bit of a scenario but ask yourself those questions: How likely can something like this happen? How high is the probability of a regulation in the AI sector next year? How much of TOS violations do we see every day? and How many people who not read TOS are subscribing to this site every day?

Its Wildwest out there isn't it?

If we put the morality of it aside for a second and think of CSAM as a Virus that is eating its host.

How can we prevent the virus of spreading, how can we stop it and eradicate it before its to late?
