Having multiple accounts to create content is not universally recommended and it is strictly NOT recommended but single account is perfectly fine. Using single, one account is generally acceptable.

Moderator Seb AKA Chipshajen had said that they claimed that multiple accounts is allowed, but in reality, it does not because also having multiple accounts on creating content, aside from only just buzz and reaction manipulation is not tolerable and it can create a toxic and hostile atmosphere that moderators may find it illegal for users to exploit it for personal gain.

CivitAI must have it updated so all users would use single account to avoid escalation of the worsening situation.
