Whats up with DA today

I'm into AI art and content creation today, but AI art can be rather subjective matter. I browse devianart for a bit and someone selling furry AI art in there, I know people different opinion if selling art generated by SD or something similar is fine or not, but the sheer amount people count the anthro art from AI treated such as adoptable

Do that person wants to avoid legal trouble because AI art is subjective and may be copyrighted if possible and selling work from ai especially that bit similar is going to OK or face penalty.
