HDD speedup patch has moved

Some kind of site error made the ComfyUI speedup patch unavailable to edit on the site anymore and i can't let it sit there with an old version that breaks comfy. I have moved it to github at https://github.com/marduk191/Comfyui_saftensors_hdd_patch
