Loras once uploaded shouldn't be deleted

This is the lora, and there are many loras like this, which are removed and there is no way to access them again, instead of complete deletion, it just should be not able to download but all the data related to the loras should be there e.g trigger words and lora name etc, it'll be more beneficial than current scheme of things, what are your thoughts?
