What's with these models that just have a single image proclaiming "blocked"?

I've seen a few models pop up a few times in past few months with no description, a title of a single common given name, and a model file. I'm guessing I should report them for easy buzz since they all appear to be from fresh accounts made just for posing these models, but I have no idea what they are thus no idea what to put as a report reason. I'm guessing it's some kind of prohibited thing (e.g., celeb, real kids) but I don't see why it would make itself so obviously in need of moderator attention.
