Settings for the on-site AI Toolkit Training? (For Illustrious)

im trying to train some loras now using the AI toolkit but i don't know any good settings for it.

i tried to do some before with the same settings i used for Kohya a while ago but the loras didn't came out good

does anybody have any help for it, specifically for Illustrious? I can't do it through trial and error since im low on buzz now and can't train multiple loras atm
