I'm back and I need help!

Hi, how's it going? I'm back! :D I wanted to ask for help with a problem that's really got me stuck.

I'm trying to re-upload my old models with their corresponding files, but the site detects them as if they already exist. The problem is that those models are linked to my old, banned account, so I can't access or manage them.

Does anyone know how I can fix this or what I should do? I would really appreciate any help, as it's quite urgent. Thanks in advance!
