I’ve been seeing more issues with CivitAI bounties where entries don’t show up - especially videos. Images still mostly fail because of bad metadata, but for videos it’s often the conversion step.
Images
Quick reminder: Civit reads embedded metadata. If it’s missing or broken, your image may not be recognized for the bounty.
Check your files properly with:

No metadata = no reliable detection. Simple as that.
Videos (Online Services)

The issue isn’t just the format - it’s that many online converters strip metadata during conversion. That means Civit loses the connection to your content.
At the same time, WebP is currently the only reliable format because it is technically treated like an image, so Civit can read the metadata properly.
