A few months ago I recommended Americans call to support a bill that would outlaw the credit card (processor) sourced censorship that has impacted Civitai, Steam, and others. You may have seen results of this push slow down. That's because Congress went out of session soon after and most members stopped updating their stats. Since coming back in session, the House version has gained four new co-sponsors.

Now that Congress is back, they have to (give the impression they) listen to listen to their constituents. As such it's time to start calling again. All the details for calling detailed in the linked article remain the same. As before, it's preferred you not just say you support the bill, but urge an amendment that gives section 5 more teeth, adding both civil action (so one doesn't have to depend on the government to do punish the guilty) and criminal penalties that can actually be enforced, and broadens the covered organizations to include Paypal and Stripe.
