New "Feature": Scheduled posts now must be a minimum of an hour into the future

I had gotten into the habit of scheduling posts for 12ish minutes into the future because that seemed to make them more visible due to getting time for the system to get them fully uploaded while they're still under "newest" Just tried to post an image using this technique and got this message.
