I would like to thank everyone who's followed me along for this journey. However, no journey is done without a merry band of companions, and so, i'd like to present a non-exhaustive list of currently active Touhou genners.

A relative newcomer (or so it seems) to creating or sharing their works, yet they offer shockingly competent Touhou NSFW works, including video! It is (thus far) all NSFW, so I won't show a favorite section, but believe me when I say it's quite good.
A creator i've known for a while but somehow never mentioned, because I thought that, at the time, they had become inactive. They just happen to post sporadically. Regardless, their distinctive, highly detailed works was one of the reasons I joined Civit, having been "fooled" by the colorful sights on display. Lots of futa on female, but not only.

Special thanks to kirbydland203 who I couldn't really include as their focus isn't on Touhou, but they've been very supportive of my work. Please check them out!
Similarly, i'd like to shout out cabbage522 for the very pretty Yuyukos (among others) they put out occasionally.
I intended to give some shoutouts to Paca_ but it seems as though a lot of their works have been deleted. A very intriguing profile that shared unique, if not slightly unhinged works, but it felt in character with the sheer amount of Koishi. Keep an eye on them, I suppose?
HOW TO FIND TOUHOU WORKS ON THE PLATFORM?
There are many genners I did not include that equally deserve your attention or may appeal to your taste specifically. However, finding them may not always be the easiest task. Here are the methods i've used throughout my time using CivitAI.
Method #1 - Posts tagged with "Touhou"
This is the method I use most consistently, as it doubles as a quick & efficient way to check on my fellow creators, like their works, and so on.
Method #2 - Checking works posted under LORAs of Touhou characters
Since not everyone tags their post, this can be used to find more people.
Method #3 - Typing a Touhou character's name and browsing through the list of images
There are many reasons as to why this can be used to find artists if the other 2 didn't. Many editing platforms, as well as the existence of external generators, will not keep the metadata if a LORA's been used, granted one was needed at all! In that case, you may still find various artists by digging through a character's gallery of images.
DO NOT HESITATE to scroll down, Civit can be rather finnicky about showing people's works, even if you've set things to "Newest", you may come across a wave of newer works, followed by old works, AND THEN more new works. Don't ask me how or why...
