2 years on Civitai and I just hit 3000 followers!

I just hit 3000 followers. Yesterday also marks the two year point of me being on Civitai and I've got something vaguely related for today (it's not that exciting. I only realized after I had already had something scheduled for yesterday.). The 27th will also be a year of making LoRAs, which I hope to have something more special for (let's see if there's enough training data).

If you’re here for the daily LoRAs, I think they’re going to end relatively soon. I intend to keep them up till the start of next month just to say I made it to half a year (and to see what happens to the top trainer board a month after celeb training has stopped), but I don’t think they’ll go much beyond early July. Everything I’ve planned to do has either been has either been done by me, is being worked on by me and should be finished within a month, abandoned due to lack of data, done by someone else (good, less work for me), or become completely impossible to do due to ambiguity in the new training restrictions using pictures that happen to involve real people but aren’t being used for likeness (e.g., poses, clothing, random people in architecture) that the staff seemingly refuses to clarify despite my repeated attempts at seeking clarity (haven’t even gotten an explicit “Not allowed”). I had a pattern dataset cleaned and ready to tag (which I intended to release since its all public domain photos) when the new rules came down and its just sitting there. Also the overly opaque way of hiding LoRAs/pictures of minor characters (no empty boxes about being hidden due to content level settings, fake 404s if you do reach their page) absolutely kills their performance.

To be clear, I’m not leaving, just slowing down significantly. I may still drop a LoRA if inspiration strikes and I can pull off training data, or there’s a contest. Current plan is to keep banking Buzz till the new Pony comes out, then (assuming it’s not an SD3 tier mess and the the tag support is real), retraining my most popular LoRAs for it when/if onsite training is up. Otherwise I’ve got no idea.
