Left for Dead – Civitai’s Lack of Response to Tickets

19 days ago, I opened a ticket after discovering—much to my frustration—that Civitai’s censor bot had blocked a set of images I had uploaded. These images took me around 20 minutes to plan, generate, select, and finally post. However, within seconds of uploading, they were rejected and labeled "Blocked" due to one simple word in the queue: "necro."
As someone who enjoys fantasy and the undead aesthetic, I had always understood “necro” as a reference to that theme—never anything inappropriate. Yet, without warning, the system flagged my entire batch of images as inappropriate, rendering them unusable and excluding me from an event I had planned to participate in. Naturally, I was angry.
I responded by writing a ticket (as seen in the provided image) and even vented in an article that I wrote. However, I later took that article down, feeling it was unfair to judge the platform so harshly. Still, I was upset by the situation, and at the very least, I believed I deserved the 200 Blue Buzz participation points as compensation for the mishap; something that I expressed in the ticket I opened. While 200 Buzz isn’t much, it would have been a nice gesture.
Time passed, and I forgot about the issue. I mean, 200 Buzz isn’t much. Still, it would’ve been nice. But then today, something similar happened again.
My recent music video was blocked by Civitai’s censorship system and has now been unavailable for hours; this has disrupted the views and appreciation it might have received during that critical early window. I followed all the rules the site asks users to follow and filled out all required information, yet the video still hasn’t been shown to anyone.
Frustrated, I decided to write another ticket, only to discover my previous ticket was never answered. That’s why I’m writing this article—to ask the community:
Have you also had tickets older than 19 days left unanswered and completely ignored for weeks? Is it hopeless to expect a response?
Had it not been for my YouTube channel, where I can share my music video independently, I fear Civitai would have completely prevented me from showcasing my work. In recent months, I have felt like Civitai isn’t interested in allowing some of us to share our work, making it harder to be visible, unless you’re in some inner circle that are always featured in their front page( if you've been around long enough you know who they are).Recently, I’ve felt less and less motivated to post anything here, especially with what feels like clear favoritism (that's my feeling, and forgive me if I am wrong). Moreover, the terrible censorship bot + new system, and bad customer service isn't helping at all.
Despite these frustrations, I still want my video to be seen—so I submitted another ticket. But truthfully, I don’t expect a fast response.
I support the site with a bronze subscription, but apparently that’s not enough. According to their own support priorities, unless you’re a Gold Tier supporter, you’re just not a priority. So now I’m wondering:
Do I have to pay more to be heard at all?
What do you think? Have you experienced the same thing?
Is it still worth trying to get support from Civitai? Thank you for reading.
